The International Foundation Program has been developed by Royal Holloway, University of London teaching staff , working in collaboration with Royal Holloway’s academic departments, and it is taught on-campus at the International Study Centre. Once you have successfully completed the Royal Holloway International Foundation Year, you can proceed directly to your degree at Royal Holloway, University of London.

International Foundation Program
The Royal Holloway International Foundation Program (IFP) is suitable for international students who have finished secondary education (senior/high school, usually after 12 years of schooling), but who need to develop their English language proficiency, study skills and academic knowledge before starting an undergraduate course.
The IFP offers streams in Business Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, the Arts and the Sciences. It offers guaranteed progression onto a wide range of undergraduate degree programs at Royal Holloway, providing you meet the entry requirements for the specific degree program, including degrees in:

Assessment is based on a combination of course work and written examinations. Students are required to complete four assignments per course in the first two terms and take final written exams in each subject in the third term in May.
The Royal Holloway International Foundation Year is taught in small classes and experienced support staff make sure the student’s transition from life in their country to the UK is as smooth as possible. Students have full university status with access to all the facilities and social activities on campus.
